People who wrote objections to this DA recieved the
following letter from Byron Shire Council.
Re Development Application No 10.2001.745.1; Proposal: Dwelling; Property
Description: Lot 2 DP 882985 Prestons Lane, Tyagrah
Council advises that a determination has been made in relation to the above
proposal. You are advised that the application was Refused on 4 August 2002. The
comments made in your submission were taken into consideration as part of the
assesment procedure. Should you wish to view a copy of the 'Notice of
Determination' you are advised that a consent register is available at Councl's
Customer Service Counter during the hours of 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to
Friday. Council thanks you for your interest in this matter.
