Rubbish Collection
Joel wondered whether council would take up local collection as they proposed in 1996. It was pointed out that council tenders out urban collection, and doesn"t do rural. There was discussion about different possibilities, like having a common area somewhere to reduce costs. Joel will talk to Gyan who has investigated the alternatives.
