Cut and pastes from search NSW, sorted by solar component. Sorted by Wind component : Country Energy (our default supplier) comes out third on the list, which is higher than I had expected.

Business customers can negotiate
an electricity price with Integral Energy to have a percentage of their
electricity sourced from Green Power such as hydro and solar.

Australian Inland Green Energy was accredited in August 2000 and is offered to
business and domestic customers across NSW. Under this scheme all customers can
choose to purchase 100, 50, 25 or 10 percent of their electricity usage from
Green Power.
Pulse Clean Green was accredited as a Green Power product in May 1999 and is
available to residential and small business customers.
Landfill gas is the primary source of Green Power for Pulse, however they are
currently researching solar and wave power technology for use in the future.

Origin Energy has offered an accredited Green Power products for over 4
years. With the introduction of competition in Victoria and NSW, Origin
Energy revamped its products based on a clearer understanding of what the wider
community looked for in green electricity choices.
Residential Customers can choose
between three 100% renewable electricity products: Green Earth Plus - 100% wind
power. Green Earth Extra - 40% wind
and 60% hydro. Green Earth - sourced from 20%
wind and 80% hydro at a fixed $1.00 extra per week.
All the products are 100% renewable electricity, available to Victorian
residential peak customers now. These products will be made available to NSW
and off peak customers around mid 2002.
Commercial customers can choose
a simple 'off the shelf' green electricity product - Green Earth at 20% wind
and 80% hydro. Or they can negotiate a percentage of Green Power to suit
their needs in any competitive states in Australia. *approximate only
