Lot 2 Prestons Lane

Development Hot Spots: The lot at the west end of the lane has been sold, and the new owners planned a building which obscured the views of several houses. A petition was organized a few months ago (not through TSCA) and partly as a result council moved the location of the building on the plan to a place where it would not impact nearly as much. Unfortunately council made a mistake and didn't put a Section 88 clause to fix the building envelope to this new location. It was resolved that Joel could write a letter on our behalf objecting to any request to move the planned building back to its original location.
